OUT Museum is the world’s first Chinese-language queer museum. It exists not because of some colossal force, but because countless small, tender yet resolute decisions came together. Grain by grain, sand becomes a tower: together we build a culture, a space and a history of our own.

The “Loose Sand Project” grows from a simple yet resolute wish: that anyone who wants to support Chinese-language queer culture can help us in a way that feels comfortable, easy and affordable — and share in our common dream.
